Diffusion bonding in the development of composite materials and new materials.

A joining method that utilizes the diffusion of atoms occurring between joining surfaces. Contributes to the development of composite materials and new materials!

"Diffusion bonding" is a method of joining that utilizes the diffusion of atoms occurring between the joining surfaces. By joining metals, it is possible to create arbitrary spaces within, enabling the manufacture of hollow components. Additionally, it can also join dissimilar materials, contributing to the development of new materials. 【Features】 ■ Utilizes atomic diffusion for bonding ■ Enables the manufacture of hollow components by joining metals ■ Supports the joining of dissimilar materials ■ Contributes to the development of composite materials and new materials *For more details, please refer to the catalog. Development of low-carbon materials "Product name: Bamboo Plastic"

Introduction to low-carbon material development (bamboo plastic).

At NIPPO'S Co., Ltd., we are developing low-carbon materials, specifically a product named bamboo plastic. While there have been past achievements in bamboo plastic by other companies, the current situation is that prototypes for miscellaneous goods or development has halted due to issues such as the specification level of bamboo fibers (gray area), unstable procurement, and inappropriate bamboo costs. Since autumn 2012, Nippo Shimane has started mass production prototypes. As of now, we have successfully created a compound with a bamboo ratio of 35%. In the future, we aim to achieve a biomass grade with a ratio of 51%. [Development Status] - Since March 2009, we have been holding meetings with local foundations and bamboo suppliers to align the level of bamboo powder and establish quality specifications, as well as to confirm the mass production capability of bamboo micro-pulverization. - We have repeatedly conducted prototypes by mechanically designing the drying technique and the extrusion fusion with resin, and developed the equipment. The first machine was installed in August 2012. - Mass production prototypes began in autumn 2012. - Technical performance in the industry: - July 2012 (Denso Headquarters, Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture) - July 2012 (Medical Device Exhibition, Tokyo Big Sight), among others. Material development through high-temperature heat treatment and sintering.

Assisting in the development of new materials from raw material procurement to mass production support.

Yakeshi Electric has been developing materials such as tungsten in collaboration with domestic and international material manufacturers to suit various applications. In particular, we have focused on the development of doped tungsten with excellent high-temperature characteristics and ultra-high purity tungsten such as 5N and 6N. However, there are still many customer requests to develop materials with special functions in small quantities for even more specialized applications. To meet this demand, we have prepared manufacturing equipment suitable for small-scale production and assist in the development of new materials from raw material procurement to condition setting and mass production support.
